My home is my haven, my safe place of comfort and tranquility.  My Hygge is being at home with the people I love most, cosy with blankets, candlelight and a feeling of peace. I have lived in my home for coming up to 20 years now and I still regularly cleanse it's energy.  I love when people visit my home, they always say it has a lovely welcoming feel, they can feel the positivity and love within.

 Negative energy gets easily trapped and if not cleared effectively, can have major negative affects on your emotions, thought processes, positivity and even sleep patterns.  We all know that feeling of walking into a room and feeling the atmosphere - especially after an argument.  These negativities that happen in all our everyday lives, if not cleared, will grow layer upon layer, clogging, cluttering and impacting on your life.
